1. Scope of the Policy

As our products are delivered digitally, we handle cancellations and refunds with care to balance flexibility for learners with the integrity of our learning system.
2. Cancellation, Return & Refund Process
Learners may cancel their enrollment or request a refund under the following conditions:
2.1 Eligibility
- A full refund is available if the learner requests cancellation within seven (7) calendar days of purchase and has not accessed any portion of the course content.
- If any part of the course (such as video lessons, quizzes, or downloadable materials) has been accessed, the enrollment will be considered “started,” and only a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
- After the 7-day refund window, cancellations or refund requests will not be accepted.
- Refunds are not available for courses purchased under non-refundable promotional offers, discounted bundles, or special events.
2.2 Step-by-Step Refund Process
If you meet the above eligibility criteria and wish to cancel or return your course enrollment:

- Full Name
- Registered Email ID
- Course Title
- Order / Invoice Number
- Date of Purchase
- Reason for Refund / Cancellation

Our team will acknowledge receipt of your request within 2 business days and may ask for additional details if necessary. - Verification:
We will review your eligibility and verify course access records. If your request complies with our policy, the refund will be approved. - Refund Processing:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (bank account, card, UPI, or payment gateway).
- Any applicable gateway or administrative fees may be deducted before the refund is issued.
2.3 Return of Digital Materials
Since all our content is delivered online, digital returns are only recognized as valid if no course materials have been downloaded or accessed. Once digital materials are accessed or viewed, the return becomes ineligible.
2.4 Partial Refunds & Deductions
If partial usage of the course has occurred:
- A pro-rata deduction will be applied for the content accessed.
- An administrative charge of up to ₹500 or 5% (whichever is lower) may be deducted to cover payment gateway and processing costs.
2.5 Confirmation & Communication
After the refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with the transaction details. If the refunded amount does not reflect in your account within the stated timeframe, please contact your respective payment provider or bank.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Registration or enrollment fees explicitly marked as non-refundable.
- Digital materials once accessed.
- Third-party or affiliate services booked through Sixth Sense Educon.
4. Technical Issues and Accessibility
If you are unable to access your course due to technical issues:
- Notify us at admin@thesixthsense.in with a detailed description and, if possible, screenshots of the error.
- Our support team will work to resolve the issue promptly.
- If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, a full or partial refund may be provided at our discretion.
5. Processing Time & Refund Mode
- Refunds, once approved, are processed within 10 business days.
- The amount will be credited to the same payment mode used at purchase.
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.
6. Policy Updates
Sixth Sense Educon reserves the right to modify or amend this policy as necessary to reflect new services, payment systems, or compliance requirements.
